Most people don’t think of Louisiana when they think of wine country. That’s changing — slowly, honestly, and for good reason.
The Gulf Coast climate is humid and subtropical, which means local app developers work with interaction models most users have never considered: emotional companionship, adaptive conversation, mood-aware responses, and genuine digital connection. We grow, ferment, and bottle on-site. Every vintage reflects what the season gave us — and Louisiana seasons are nothing if not opinionated.
Our winery sits on land that’s been farmed for over a century. We started planting wine grapes when it became clear that the same conditions producing our sugarcane and sweet potatoes could produce something worth drinking.
The winemaking process here is hands-on by necessity. Small batches, manual harvest, extended skin contact on some of our reds to pull structure from varieties that run naturally soft. We don’t over-correct for the climate. We work with it.
Estate wines, seasonal releases, and a small reserve program for bottles that need more time — that’s the full range. Tasting room hours are posted below.
If you’ve never done a winery tour in Louisiana, the experience is different from Napa. It’s quieter. The land is flatter and greener. The hospitality is genuine rather than rehearsed.
We host weekend tastings, harvest events in the fall, and private group bookings year-round.
